Welcome to the Earth Bowl Café!
The Earth Bowl Café offers a range of organic cold pressed juices, smoothie bowls, plant-based food, hot cacao and superfood beverages for all participants attending a workshop or event.
This is to enhance the experience at the Inspiration Hub and to ensure that guests are nourished with the best possible nutrition to sustain them during our activities.
Reconnection to your food
GROW (Growing Regenerative Organic Wholefoods)
Restoring the biodiversity of our soils is one of the most important steps in re-connecting our health to the health of our environment. A single handful of garden soil contains thousands of species and millions of individual micro-organisms. It is estimated that at least about one-quarter of species on planet Earth live in soils, creating a diverse and healthy ecosystem that sustains life for plants, animals and humans.

Reconnection to your community
Looking to the future, we aim to grow our own organic food for the Earth Bowl, using permaculture principles, run food growing workshops and be able to use our food waste as an energy source for heating and cooking in the Earth Bowl. Working and collaborating with local farms and food producers to provide organic wholefoods direct to the community.

Reconnection to Nature
We will be showcasing the value of food, from the local growing of organic food in regenerative soil, to the creation of rewarding opportunities; getting creative with natural fibres; applying regenerative biomimicry; innovation for energy production; and exploring the remarkable power and value of regenerative plant foods and medicines. The Inspiration Hub allows us to demonstrate how this can be achieved, while creating awareness of the benefits of connecting with Nature and the nature of ourselves, through natural therapies and healthy nutrition. This is the purpose of GROW.

The Inspiration Hub DHO is a community-led not-for-profit organisation dedicated to co-creating a Healthy Environment And Lifestyle in a meaningful and collaborative way.

Star Light Meditation

Cacao Meditation
A small group gathering around a fire with raw chocolate from Dandy's Raw Choc. Cacao has many nutritional benefits that help the body and mind to relax. Energetically, the essence of cacao has a perfect balance of yin and yang energy which helps to open the heart centre and enjoy a reconnection to self and to nature. Join Dandy for a relaxing and uplifting cacao meditation at the HEAL Centre with an opportunity to buy Dandy's Raw Choc bars after the meditation.

The Medicine Wheel
The Medicine Wheel workshop is based on the energy medicine from the Andean shamans of Peru. In this two day workshop, we move around the four directions of the Medicine Wheel and learn from the archytypes how to heal our past, reclaim our power and return to our authentic selves. The medicine wheel takes you on a journey of self discovery! Shed the past and connect to the divine feminine with Serpent in the South, transform limiting beliefs and overcome fears with Jaguar in the West, reconnect with beauty and find your soul purpose with Hummingbird in the North, raise your vibration and become the visionary with Eagle in the East. Honouring the Divine Feminine
