The HEAL Centre offers you the chance to explore your personal experience of health and wellbeing, with the ongoing support of the HEAL Practitioners and Therapists. Holistic health means to find balance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We are so much more than just physical beings and we need to take care of all parts of our being to reach optimum wellness.
Reconnection to your community
The HEAL Centre promotes 'Healthy Environment And Lifestyle' through regular in person workshops, talks and events. The HEAL Centre offers access to resources and information and dynamic activities that inspire a healthy environment and lifestyle. These include, lifestyle packages, day retreats, personalised plans, nutrition packages, social events, film screenings, workshops, talks and courses.

The HEAL Centre is primarily focused on encouraging a reconnection to self, to each other and to nature. The HEAL Centre will be located in a place of natural beauty, using the art of Feng Shui to create harmonious indoor and outdoor spaces.

Supporting artists
Dance, music, art, poetry and comedy are all contributors to our wellbeing and we aim to support local artists and musicians through our events. The bronze sculpture of Amy Winehouse that was kindly donated by international sculptor Linda Joyce, captures the essence of how important music and art is to our wellbeing. This sculpture is the top tier gift in our crowdfunding campaign.

The HEAL Centre is a community of individuals dedicated to co-creating a Healthy Environment And Lifestyle in a meaningful and collaborative way, through a new type of membership model that is supported by the Inspiration Hub DHO, a community-led not-for-profit organisation.

Star Light Meditation
Learn how to use Meditation as a powerful lifestyle tool and empower yourself to live in your full potential.This workshop introduces the practise of Meditation, inspired by the work of Dr Joe Dispenza
and the magic of the Stargate Experience. Suitable for anyone who has an interest in deeper relaxation, self-transformation and self-healing.

Cacao Meditation
​A small group gathering around a fire with raw chocolate from Dandy's Raw Choc. Cacao has many nutritional benefits that help the body and mind to relax. Energetically, the essence of cacao has a perfect balance of yin and yang energy which helps to open the heart centre and enjoy a reconnection to self and to nature. Join Dandy for a relaxing and uplifting cacao meditation at the HEAL Centre with an opportunity to buy Dandy's Raw Choc bars after the meditation.

The Medicine Wheel
The Medicine Wheel workshop is based on the energy medicine from the Andean shamans of Peru. In this two day workshop, we move around the four directions of the Medicine Wheel and learn from the archytypes how to heal our past, reclaim our power and return to our authentic selves. The medicine wheel takes you on a journey of self discovery! Shed the past and connect to the divine feminine with Serpent in the South, transform limiting beliefs and overcome fears with Jaguar in the West, reconnect with beauty and find your soul purpose with Hummingbird in the North, raise your vibration and become the visionary with Eagle in the East. 'Herb Fairies is more than just books... it’s an herbal “learning system” that empowers your children.'
Learning about the healing herbs is an amazing doorway to the natural world around us. With Herb Fairies, kids empower themselves with wisdom to take care of their own health naturally as they grow up.
Parents get involved by reading the books with their children and helping with the fun and simple herbal preparations, slipping easily into role of herbal mentor…even if you have no herbal experience.

Honouring the Divine Feminine
The divine feminine is our connection to the source of all life. Honouring and reconnecting to the sacral energy centre, releases a flow of creativity that brings balance on all levels of our being. The workshop weaves together the archetypal aspects of the divine femine with the feminine cycles of maiden, mother and old crone.
